KAIZEN is Japanese for "improvement" or "change for the better"

Coaching is different from psychiatric counseling or therapeutic mentoring.  Therapy is all about one's feelings and past.  A coach is not going to get into an individual's psyche, he is going to help take action.  Coaching is about supporting an individual through a set of progressive steps helping that person achieve specific personal goals.  It is an action-driven activity consisting of asking the right questions and using the right techniques in order to empower someone to finding the right answer inside.

Coaching is designed to analyze what is going on right now and identify what your challenges and obstacles are.  It is also about forming a course of action to take your life from where you are now to where you want it to be.

What a Life Coach does

Life coaches, through a partnership with their clients, are there to help produce positive results in both their professional or personal lives. They help people perform better and ultimately improve the quality of their lives.

In most cases, a life coach is required when a person is in a transitional phase and needs support for any of the following reasons:

  •         Little or no balance between work and life
  •         Getting stuck with where one is now
